Type of Work: I had breached chimney flashing that was causing a leak.
Testimonial: Eric came to our home as soon as possible, surveyed the problem, told me the cost, explained the price. I agreed to allow him to make the repair. Eric also took me onto the roof with him while he made the repair (quite a feat since I am loath to climb onto my own roof), he showed me the "how and why" of the leak and explained to me other aspects of the roofing/shingling, and my skylights.
