Shake Roof Bethesda
Here are some before and after photos of a recent wood shake roofing project we completed in Bethesda, MD. The first photo is the before pic and the 2nd photo is the new shake roof.
This customer chose medium treated shakes to replace an old shake roof.

Type of Work: Removed two layers of shingles; removed rotted wood from fascia; replaced visible areas with old historically correct wood from elsewhere on the roof; installed new wood where it wouldn't show; installed new felt and shingles, new vent pipe collars and flashing around chimney.
