In the summer of 2022 Jon relocated from Rockville, MD to Hendersonville, NC with his family. With the move came a new opportunity to bring his extensive roofing knowledge and experience to homeowners in the Asheville area. He has been with Central since early 2016.

Terry Greenberg serves as the President and CEO of Central Exteriors. Terry is primarily responsible for overseeing the direction of the company and solidifying our commitment to customer service. Terry has been involved in the business since 2007 and has served as the President since 2017. Terry has had careers in both software development and Home Improvement Remodeling. He holds a Master Shingle Applicator Wizard accreditation from CertainTeed and has a vast array of remodeling experience.

Matt joined Central in 2010 bringing him with him a wealth of construction building experience. Matt is an expert in all areas of exterior remodelling and is a phenomenal trouble-shooter. Artem joined Central in Fall 2020. He has been working in the remodelling industry for over 20 years. Artem loves to talk to homeowners and figure out exactly how he can best solve their current exterior issues. Eric has been with Central Exteriors since 2004. He has extensive experience installing and repairing all types of roofing products, from asphalt shingles to flat roofing applications. As a salesperson, Eric is excellent at helping homeowners find areas of concern and determining the best value-based method to repair or replace those items. His experience is unmatched in the DMV area.

Jose joined the Central team in January 2026 as a service technician. He brings a wealth of experience working on shingle roofs and flat roofing projects. Jose has a great eye for detail and excels at helping homeowners manage the repair process.
